X joins your inbox — DMs, mentions and replies, on your own handle or your brand's
X is where a conversation starts and then quietly dies. A direct message sits behind a tab you check twice a week; someone replies to a post at 2am and you find it on Thursday. Connect X to Mailopoly and all of it — DMs, mentions of your handle, and replies to your posts — arrives in the same inbox as your email, filtered by Cleanbox, briefed in My Day, and answered in your voice by Poly.
X is the first channel that works on a personal account as well as a business one. Slack needs a workspace, WhatsApp needs a Business number, Instagram needs a Professional account — X needs nothing but your handle. Connect the account you actually post from, connect your company's, or connect both: they sit side by side in the one inbox, and every reply goes back out from the handle it came in on.
You can answer a DM, reply to a mention as a post, or publish a new post outright, without leaving Mailopoly. The connection is X's own OAuth — visible and revocable in your X settings at any time — and we ask for the narrowest set of permissions that makes it work: read and write posts and DMs, and read your profile. Mailopoly cannot follow, unfollow, like, bookmark, mute or block anyone on your behalf, because we never asked X for those permissions in the first place.
X is live from the moment you connect it — Mailopoly doesn't trawl back through your DM history, so nothing arrives that you didn't expect. Available now on the Pro and Business plans. X charges for every message an app reads or sends on your behalf, so each plan includes 100 X messages a month, with additional blocks of 100 at US$5 a month.
