WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram conversations are usually the ones businesses can least afford to get wrong — they're customer conversations. So we built them the way Meta intends them to be built: Mailopoly is a verified Meta Tech Provider, and every Meta channel connects through Meta's own platform connectors. Meta has verified who we are and reviewed the permissions our integration uses before a single message flows.
The same principle holds on every channel. Slack, Microsoft Teams, and TikTok each connect through the platform's native connector — the official, documented door the platform itself builds, reviews, and monitors. Your connection is issued by the platform, appears in that platform's own connected-apps settings alongside every other integration you trust, and can be revoked there at any time.
We built every one of these connections the proper way: provider verification, platform review, and scoped permissions that ask for only what each channel needs. It takes longer to ship, but it's the only version we'd be comfortable asking you to connect your business to. And it's the same standard we hold for email, where Mailopoly is a Google-verified OAuth provider, independently security-assessed to CASA Tier 2 by TAC Security.
Every channel, from any AI assistant
The channels aren't just in the Mailopoly apps — they're in the Mailopoly MCP too. Connect your AI assistant to Mailopoly and it can connect, read, search, write, and send to and from any channel account you've linked: ask it to find a customer's WhatsApp thread, summarise what happened in a Slack channel this week, or draft and send a reply to an Instagram enquiry — alongside everything it could already do with your email.
Mailopoly is a listed plugin in the ChatGPT Plugins directory, and because MCP is an open standard, the same connection works with any LLM that speaks it.
