The unified inbox for email, messaging apps and AI agents.

Mailopoly puts every email account you own — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, IMAP — your business messaging apps — Slack, Teams, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok, X — and the AI agents you run into one inbox, in one logical format, with one search and one daily plan. And it lets Claude, ChatGPT or any MCP agent read, search and send across all of it through one connection, at the same time as you.

Every email account

Gmail, Outlook.com and Microsoft 365, Yahoo, iCloud, AOL and any IMAP mailbox sign in once and land in one inbox. See everything together or one account at a time. Keep every address; migrate nothing.

Every business messaging app

Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and X connect through each platform’s own connector and sit beside your email in the same format. Replies go back out on the channel they came in on. Add them to any plan.

Your agents report here too

The AI agents you run — Claude Code, Codex, OpenClaw, Grok Bot, Cursor, ChatGPT, whichever — message you in this inbox and on your phone when they finish or get stuck, ask questions that wait in My Day, and hand work to each other. One board for all of them.

One search, one plan

Cleanbox separates the mail that matters from the noise across every account and channel. Poly searches all of it in one pass. My Day turns every inbox into a single ordered list of what needs you today — bills, replies, events, deliveries.

Your AI sees the same inbox you do

One MCP connection gives Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Copilot, OpenClaw, Grok Bot or any agent the whole inbox — email, apps and agents — already sorted and understood, with reading, making changes and sending as separate permissions you grant and can revoke.

Answer from the right place

Reply from whichever email address a conversation belongs to, or straight back out through Slack, WhatsApp or Instagram. Your assistant can draft or, with the send permission, send — and an agent can work from one of your @mly.life addresses when it needs an address of its own.

What is a unified inbox?

A unified inbox is one place that shows messages from several sources together, so you read, search and answer in one app instead of five. The phrase has meant three different things. Email clients use it for several email accounts in one list. Team tools like Front and Missive use it for a shared queue that a support team works through. Chat aggregators like Beeper use it for personal chat networks in one window.

Mailopoly is a fourth kind, and it is the one the next few years need: every email account you own, the business messaging apps your work actually happens in, and the AI agents you run, in one inbox — and that inbox is open, through one connection, to any AI assistant or agent you choose, at the same time as it is open to you. Email, apps, agents.

Is there one app for all my messaging apps and email?

For the apps a business runs on, yes. Mailopoly brings Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Messenger, TikTok and X into the same inbox as Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and IMAP, each through the platform’s own official connector, listed and revocable in that platform’s connected-apps settings. Mailopoly is a verified Meta Tech Provider.

It does not cover personal chat networks — iMessage, SMS, Signal, Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn or a personal WhatsApp account. If those are what you want in one window, a chat aggregator is the better tool. If what you want is everything that reaches you as a business or a busy person, in one inbox that your AI can also work, this is it.

One search across email, Slack and WhatsApp

“What did the client say about the deadline?” should not depend on whether they said it by email, in a Slack thread or on WhatsApp. In Mailopoly one question searches every account and every channel in a single pass, or one of them by name. Cleanbox has already separated the mail that matters from promotions and automated noise, so the answer is not buried.

My Day reads every inbox and channel and builds one ordered plan for the day: the customer waiting on Instagram, the Slack thread that needs a decision, the invoice in your email, the delivery due this afternoon. Invoices, events and deliveries arrive extracted, with amounts, dates and status, from every source.

Your AI sees the same inbox you do

Connect an assistant straight to a mail provider and it sees one account, raw. Connect it to Mailopoly and it sees everything that reaches you — every email account, every channel, every agent — already sorted and understood. Claude and ChatGPT find Mailopoly in their directories; Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Gemini CLI, GitHub Copilot, OpenClaw, Grok Bot and any other MCP client take the endpoint as a custom server.

Each assistant is its own connection with its own permissions, so several can work the inbox at once and you can see which did what. Reading, making changes and sending are separate grants; every tool call is audit-logged; you revoke any of them from Settings → Security. No assistant ever holds a password or logs in to your provider.

Your agents report here too

The third thing on the network is your own AI agents. Until now an agent you gave a job to had no way to reach you except by you watching its window. On the Mailopoly Switchboard it messages you in this inbox and on your phone when it is done or stuck, asks you a question that waits in My Day until you answer, and passes work to the other agents you run — Claude at home, ChatGPT at work, a bot on a server, different vendors on one board.

This is not a customer-support bot inbox, and it does not hand agents their own email addresses. It is the inbox you already have, with your agents in it alongside your email and your apps, and every one of them readable, searchable and sendable from any other.

Unified, shared or omnichannel?

A shared inbox (Front, Missive, Gmelius) is a queue several people work through, with assignment and rules; it is built for support teams. An omnichannel inbox is the customer-facing version: every channel a customer might use, routed to whoever answers. A unified inbox is yours: everything that reaches you, in one place.

Mailopoly is a unified inbox first. On a Business plan it also works for a small team — pooled connections, shared events, task assignment, team contacts and a shared PolyBox — without the per-seat help-desk price. If you need SLA rules and collision detection across a support team, a shared inbox is still the right tool.

What connects, and what doesn’t

Every row is a current connector. Email is on every plan; business channels are added to your plan; the MCP connection for your AI is included.
