Every connection appears in that platform's connected-apps settings and can be revoked there at any time. For email, Mailopoly is a Google-verified OAuth provider, independently security-assessed to CASA Tier 2 by TAC Security.

Yes. Your channels are part of the Mailopoly MCP, so any AI assistant you connect can read, search, write and send across them. Mailopoly is a listed plugin in the ChatGPT Plugins directory, and because MCP is an open standard the same connection works with Claude, Codex, Grok or any assistant that speaks it. You can ask it to find a customer's WhatsApp thread, summarise a week in Slack, or draft and send an Instagram reply — with reading, writing and sending as separate permissions you grant explicitly.

Channels come on two plans. Pro includes one connection of each channel alongside your email; Business is built for teams, with seats, connections pooled across the team, a shared Team PolyBox, task assignment, shared events and team contacts. The channel plans are billed from the day you connect, and the first 300 members across Pro and Business lock the founding rate for their first 12 months.
